Managed B2B Outbound

One team is accountable for the whole outbound system: who you target, how they are reached, what happens when they reply, and how the conversation reaches your sales team.

Secondary capability

Outbound Conversion Support

When a positive reply stalls before it becomes a sales conversation, we repair that path. This is part of the outbound system, not a separate web or funnel service.

Opportunity tracking

We only build what the campaign needs. If your booking, routing, and follow-up already work, we leave them alone and focus on the outbound system itself.

Engagement models

Two ways to engage

Managed Outbound is our primary offer. Some teams instead want the system built inside accounts they own.

Managed Outbound

LeadsLogik provisions and operates the complete outbound system through a private client workspace. Best for companies that want ongoing targeting, campaign management, reply qualification, and optimization without building an internal outbound function.

Outbound System Build + 90-Day Launch

LeadsLogik builds the system inside accounts the client owns, operates and stabilizes it through the initial 90 days, then documents the process and trains the client’s team for handoff.

The right structure depends on whether you want an ongoing managed channel or a system your team will eventually operate.

FAQ

Scope, ownership, and pricing questions.

What is in the engagement, what stays yours, and how we charge for it.

What is included, and what is not?

Included: ICP development, contact sourcing and verification, sending domains and inbox setup, technical authentication and warm-up, sequence writing, campaign management, daily reply handling, qualification against your criteria, handoff, and monthly reporting. Not included: closing your deals, running paid ads, LinkedIn automation, or general marketing retainer work.

Do you handle the email infrastructure, or do we?

For ongoing Managed Outbound programs, LeadsLogik provisions and operates dedicated sending domains, inboxes, authentication, warm-up, and deliverability controls. Each client's infrastructure is isolated and assigned only to that client. For an Outbound System Build, the domains, inboxes, campaign platform account, and related systems are established in client-owned accounts from the beginning.

Does this replace hiring an SDR?

For most companies at this stage, yes — and for less than the loaded cost of one hire. You get the data, tooling, infrastructure, and daily reply management as one system instead of assembling it around a new employee. What it does not replace is a closer: someone on your side still has to run the sales conversation.

Who owns the infrastructure and campaign assets?

For Managed Outbound, LeadsLogik operates the infrastructure and provides a private client workspace; the client retains its conversations, qualified opportunities, CRM records, approved campaign-specific messaging, and reporting. For a client-owned system build, the core accounts and infrastructure are established in the client's name from day one so the system can be handed off cleanly. Prospect and contact exports are subject to applicable law and data-provider licensing.

What is Outbound Conversion Support?

It is the repair work for the path between a positive reply and a booked sales conversation — booking flow, routing, follow-up, and the pages a replying prospect actually lands on. We only build what the campaign needs. If your booking and follow-up already work, we leave them alone.

Which tools do you run this on?

An enterprise-grade sending and campaign management platform, verified data providers for sourcing and enrichment, and your CRM or a shared Airtable base for handoff. Managed clients get a private LeadsLogik Outbound Portal through our white-label campaign platform, with visibility limited to their own campaigns, inboxes, replies, and reporting — rather than a monthly summary you have to take on faith.

How is pricing structured?

A flat monthly management fee covering the system, plus pass-through cost for data and sending infrastructure. We do not price per booked meeting — that incentive pushes agencies to send low-quality volume and forward unqualified replies.
