How it works

A managed system, not a campaign you have to babysit.

Five stages take you from a written ICP to qualified conversations landing with your sales team. Here is exactly what happens in each one.

The path

Target accounts to sales team.

  1. Target Accounts

  2. Relevant Outreach

  3. Positive Replies

  4. Qualified Conversations

  5. Client Sales Team

Process

The five stages in detail.

01

Weeks 1–2

Strategy and ICP

We work through your offer, pricing, and best-fit accounts. We define buyer roles, disqualifiers, and the reason a target account would take a call. This becomes the written definition the whole system runs on.

What you get: Written ICP, target-market map, and qualification criteria

02

Weeks 2–3

Data and infrastructure

We source accounts and contacts against the ICP, verify emails, and enrich records. In parallel we set up sending domains and inboxes, complete technical authentication, and begin warm-up.

What you get: Verified contact set plus a warmed sending environment

03

Weeks 3–4

Messaging and launch

We write sequences per segment, keep personalization tied to something real about the account, and load campaigns into the sending platform. Sending starts at a controlled pace and increases as deliverability holds.

What you get: Live campaigns with segment-level sequences

04

Ongoing

Reply management

We read the inbox every business day. Questions get answered, objections get handled, and positive replies are checked against your qualification criteria before they go anywhere near your sales team.

What you get: Qualified conversations, filtered from raw replies

05

Ongoing

Handoff and optimization

Qualified conversations move to your team through your client portal, your CRM, or a shared Airtable base. Each month we report on what ran, what we tested, and what changes next.

What you get: Handoff record, monthly reporting, and a testing plan

FAQ

Questions we get before the first call.

The practical detail buyers ask about timelines, ownership, and deliverability.

How long before we see the first meetings?

Campaigns typically go live in weeks 3–4, after ICP work, data sourcing, and domain warm-up are done. First positive replies usually appear within the first two weeks of sending, and a steady flow of qualified conversations generally takes 60–90 days as messaging and targeting get tested. Anyone promising booked meetings in week one is skipping warm-up and putting your domain at risk.

What is the minimum commitment?

Outbound needs a fair test window. We work on a three-month initial term because the first month is largely build and warm-up, and month two is where the data starts telling you something reliable. After the initial term the engagement continues month to month.

Who writes the email copy?

We do. We write sequences per segment based on your offer, your buyers, and the objections your sales team already hears. You review and approve messaging before anything sends, and you keep full visibility into every sequence that runs.

How do you protect our domain reputation?

We never send from your primary domain. We register separate sending domains, configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, warm inboxes gradually, and cap per-inbox daily volume. Deliverability is monitored continuously, and sending is throttled back the moment reply or bounce metrics move the wrong way.

What do we need to provide?

Two things: a clear offer with pricing, and someone who can take a sales call. Beyond an onboarding session and messaging approval, the day-to-day is on us — data, infrastructure, sending, and reply handling included.

Who owns the infrastructure and campaign assets?

It depends on the engagement. For ongoing Managed Outbound, LeadsLogik provisions and operates the sending domains, inboxes, and campaign platform, and you work inside a private client workspace — your conversations, qualified opportunities, CRM records, approved campaign messaging, and reporting stay yours. For an Outbound System Build, the domains, inboxes, and core accounts are set up in your name from day one so the system can be handed off cleanly. Prospect and contact exports are subject to applicable law and data-provider licensing.

What happens to replies that are not qualified?

We handle them. Questions get answered, objections get worked, out-of-office and referrals get routed, and unsubscribes are honored immediately. Only replies that meet your written qualification criteria reach your sales team.
