Who we help

B2B companies selling high-value services and contracts.

Outbound pays off when a single new client is worth real money and the buyer is a specific person at a specific company. That is the work we take.

Markets

Where managed outbound fits best.

Commercial and industrial services

Facility, field, and industrial service providers selling recurring contracts to operations and facilities leaders.

Professional services

Firms selling expertise on retainer or project terms where one client relationship is worth pursuing directly.

Commercial insurance and financial services

Teams targeting specific business profiles where renewal timing and account fit drive the conversation.

MSPs and technology providers

Managed service and technology firms selling multi-year agreements to owners, operations, and IT leaders.

Specialized B2B contractors

Contractors with a defined trade and a clear commercial buyer, not general consumer work.

Consultants and niche agencies

Operators with a sharp offer and a definable list of accounts who need a steady flow of conversations.

You are ready if

  • Your offer is clear and you can explain who it is for
  • Contract or client value justifies direct outreach
  • You have proof the offer sells to someone
  • Someone on your team can respond to replies quickly
  • You can follow up and track opportunities

LeadsLogik is not for

  • Low-ticket consumer services
  • Mass spam or unfiltered volume sending
  • Companies without a clear offer
  • Teams unable to handle replies

We say no when the fit is wrong. It saves both sides months of wasted effort.

FAQ

Are we a fit? The honest answers.

The qualification questions prospects ask us before they commit to a call.

Do you work with companies under a $10,000 contract value?

Usually not. Below roughly $10,000 in first-year contract value, the cost of data, infrastructure, and management rarely returns a defensible number of closed deals. If your average contract sits below that but customers stay for years, the lifetime value can still justify outbound — that is a conversation worth having rather than an automatic no.

What if we already have an SDR or sales team?

That is the ideal setup. We run top of funnel and hand over only replies that meet your written qualification criteria, so your team spends its time on conversations instead of prospecting and inbox triage. We work alongside internal reps rather than replacing them.

Do you serve markets outside the United States?

Most of our work targets US and Canadian accounts. We can run outbound into UK, EU, and Australian markets, but data quality and consent rules differ by region, and we will say so up front if the target market makes a campaign harder to justify.

Does this work for a brand-new offer with no customers yet?

It is difficult. Outbound amplifies an offer that already converts; it does not tell you what your offer should be. If you have never closed the deal you want to sell, the honest recommendation is to close a handful manually first, then bring us the proven version.

What if our sales team cannot take more meetings right now?

Then wait. Booked conversations that sit unanswered for a week burn the goodwill outbound just created and damage your reputation with exactly the accounts you want. We would rather start when there is capacity to work the pipeline.

We sell to a very small, specific market. Is that a problem?

Small and specific is usually an advantage. A tightly defined list of a few thousand accounts supports genuine personalization and higher reply rates. The problem case is the opposite — a market so broad that no message is relevant to anyone in it.
