Proof & track record
B2B outbound experience that predates the label.
Since approximately 2000, Rob Olson has used targeted business email to grow software companies — years before the practice was commonly packaged and sold as “outbound.”
~$250K
Annual recurring revenue built at DudeWorks around a roughly $400 software product, driven by conference contacts and email follow-up
~$2.7M
Annual sales in the first year after the companies combined and the outbound sales operation was expanded — more than double the prior ~$1M or less level
over $12M
Acquisition transaction value in March 2013
Historical company-level outcomes. Outbound was a central growth channel, but these figures reflect the performance of the overall business.
Operating story
Two decades of selling technical offers to enterprise buyers.
Since ~2000
Outbound before it was called outbound
Rob used business email follow-up and targeted outreach to grow software companies years before the practice was packaged and sold as a playbook. The mechanics were the same then: find the right accounts, say something relevant, follow up on a schedule.
DudeWorks
Conference contacts, followed up by email
While exhibiting at Microsoft Systems Management Conferences, Rob collected relevant business contacts and followed up by email. That single, consistent motion grew DudeWorks to approximately $250,000 in annual recurring revenue around a roughly $400 software product.
SCCM Expert
The same motion applied to a higher-ticket offer
When Rob joined SCCM Expert, the offer was considerably higher-ticket. He immediately pushed the sales person to use targeted outbound email and outreach against a defined account list rather than wait for inbound interest.
2012
Breaking a long-standing revenue ceiling
SCCM Expert had sat at approximately $1 million or less in annual sales for several years. After DudeWorks and SCCM Expert combined and the outbound sales operation was expanded, annual sales grew to approximately $2.7 million in the first year — more than double the prior level.
March 2013
Acquisition
The combined company was acquired in a transaction valued at over $12 million.
Relevance
What that experience means for LeadsLogik clients.
LeadsLogik is not learning outbound from templates or a newly purchased sending platform. The system we run for clients comes out of years of selling complex offers into narrow markets.
Finding narrow, valuable markets
Identifying the small set of accounts where a technical offer is genuinely relevant, instead of spraying a broad list.
Explaining complex offers plainly
Turning technical software and services into language a buyer understands in a few sentences.
Qualified over volume
Prioritizing conversations that match written criteria rather than raw send counts.
Long cycles, large contracts
Experience with buying committees, evaluation periods, and high-value contract values.
Infrastructure that holds up
Sending environments, integrations, handoffs, and reporting designed to stay reliable as volume grows.
Acquisition feeding recurring revenue
Understanding how each new client contributes to recurring revenue that accumulates over years.
Operating proof
What clients actually receive.
Until current campaigns are mature enough to publish, here is the work itself rather than borrowed performance numbers.
Illustrative deliverables — not client performance data.

Reporting
What LeadsLogik measures.
Every engagement reports the same categories, so you can see the system working rather than take our word for it.
| Measure | Example view |
|---|---|
| Delivery and bounce health | Tracked weekly |
| Accounts and contacts activated | Tracked |
| Replies by classification | Positive / neutral / referral / not now |
| Positive replies | Tracked |
| Qualified opportunities | Against written criteria |
| Handoff status and client response time | Tracked per reply |
| Tests and changes made | Logged with outcome |
Current LeadsLogik case studies will be published as campaigns mature, outcomes are verified, and clients approve their use.
