About
An engineer's approach to lead generation.
LeadsLogik builds and runs lead-generation systems that produce qualified opportunities. We choose and connect the channels that fit the market — paid lead generation, organic and local search, or targeted B2B outbound — and the conversion, tracking, routing, and follow-up that make them count.

Founder
Rob Olson
Rob has spent more than 30 years in systems engineering, software, enterprise automation, and integration work. That career was built on one job: make complex systems run reliably, every day, for people who depend on them.
He was also using targeted business email to grow software companies before the practice was commonly packaged and sold as “outbound.” At DudeWorks, he collected relevant business contacts while exhibiting at Microsoft Systems Management Conferences and followed up by email—a motion that grew the company to roughly $250,000 in annual recurring revenue around a roughly $400 product.
He applied the same motion to a much higher-ticket offer at SCCM Expert. That company had sat at about $1 million or less in annual sales for years; after the companies combined and the outbound sales operation was expanded, annual sales reached approximately $2.7 million in the first year. The combined company was acquired in March 2013 for over $12 million.
Generating demand turned out to be the same kind of problem as the rest of his career. The acquisition channel, the page that receives the click, the tracking that proves where an inquiry came from, and the routing and follow-up that decide whether it becomes an opportunity are connected parts. Treat them as one system and results become repeatable. Treat them as separate tasks and the pipeline breaks at whichever step nobody owns.
LeadsLogik exists to run that system for established service businesses. Paid lead generation, organic and local search, websites and landing conversion, tracking and routing, and selective B2B outbound are components we pick from — not the identity of the company. The job is qualified opportunities.
Note: DudeWorks and SCCM Expert are prior companies and experience. Organizations associated with that earlier work are not LeadsLogik clients.
AI-native operations
AI in the workflow. A person accountable for the outcome.
We use AI where it makes the work faster and more consistent, and we keep people responsible for the decisions that matter.
AI-assisted research and campaign operations
We use AI in the daily work: paid campaign research and QA, search and content QA, lead data enrichment and quality checks, monitoring, classification, and reporting.
A person accountable for the outcome
Campaign and offer approvals, compliance judgment, qualification rules, lead handling, and the final handoff stay with a human. No unsupervised AI stands in for judgment or for your closer.
Tool-compatible by design
We operate and connect proven campaign platforms, CRMs, calendars, data providers, and automation tools. We are a service operator, not a software product, and we do not ask you to replace a stack that already works.
How we work
Four rules we do not bend.
These decide how engagements run and what we will and will not take on.
Define it before you build it
Written buyer definition, written qualification criteria, and written measurement and handoff rules. Systems that are not defined cannot be improved.
Run it every day
Lead generation is operations work. Campaigns and acquisition channels are worked, pages are maintained, inquiries get answered, and lead data is kept clean on a schedule.
Say what is true
No invented metrics, no borrowed case studies, no promises about volume we cannot support.
Hand off clean
Your team should receive a qualified lead or opportunity with context, not an unorganized pile of raw activity.
Talk to the person doing the work.
Strategy calls are direct conversations about your offer, market, and sales capacity.
