Qualified B2B Sales Conversations
Put more of the right sales conversations on your calendar.
LeadsLogik identifies the companies you want, reaches the people who can buy, qualifies every positive reply, and routes real conversations to your sales team — without hiring and managing an internal SDR function.
We don't sell lists. We develop opportunities.

Fit first
Quality of conversation over raw meeting count
The problem
A busy calendar can still be an empty pipeline.
Most teams that complain about outbound do not have a volume problem. They have a relevance problem, and it shows up as time on the calendar that never becomes revenue.
Meetings with the wrong companies
Calls booked with organisations that fall outside your industry, size, geography, or contract-value range. They fill the week and go nowhere.
Contacts who cannot buy
Junior titles and interested bystanders with no budget input and no path to a decision. The conversation ends at 'send me something'.
Raw replies dumped on sales
A positive reply arrives with no context, no criteria check, and no notes. Your reps end up qualifying from scratch before they can sell.
What good looks like
What a calendar worth having actually looks like.
The goal is not more meetings. The goal is more conversations with companies that can genuinely buy what you sell.
Right companies
Accounts that match your ICP on industry, size, geography, and the contract value you need to make the work worthwhile.
Right people
Decision-makers and the people who influence them, reached with a message written for their situation rather than a generic pitch.
Context on arrival
Every conversation reaches your team with a reason for the reply, qualification notes, a named owner, and an agreed next step.
Calendar quality
Two meetings on the same calendar. Only one is worth the hour.
Both of these look identical in a calendar invite. The difference is everything that happened before the invite was sent.

The managed system
Managed Outbound is the mechanism behind the result.
The outcome above is not a tactic. It is an operating system that has to be built and run every week — this is the work behind it.
Account targeting
We define and build the account set: industry, size, geography, and the signals that indicate a real fit.
Verified contacts
Named roles sourced and verified per account. No purchased lists, no scraped guesswork.
Sending infrastructure
Dedicated domains, warmed inboxes, and monitored deliverability so messages land in the inbox.
Buyer-specific messaging
Copy written for the buyer's situation and offer, tested and revised against real reply behaviour.
Campaign management
Sequences, sending volume, segmentation, and pacing managed week over week by a named operator.
Reply handling
Every reply is read and classified — interested, timing, referral, objection, or unsubscribe — the same day it lands.
Qualification
Positive replies are checked against your criteria before anything reaches your team, with notes attached.
CRM / calendar handoff
Qualified conversations are routed to a named owner in the system your team already works in.
Reply handling
A positive reply is not an opportunity until someone qualifies it.
Replies are read, classified, and checked against your criteria before anything reaches your team. Your sales team should not have to qualify our work from scratch.
- 01
Outreach
Segmented sequences sent from managed infrastructure.
- 02
Reply
Every response lands in an inbox a person reads daily.
- 03
Classification
Intent is labelled: interested, timing, question, or no.
- 04
Qualification
Checked against the criteria you signed off before launch.
- 05
Handoff
Qualified conversations reach a named owner with context.
“We're covering second shift on overtime right now. What does contract coverage cost?”
Buying intent · role and account confirmed
Qualified and handed to a named owner with the trigger and notes attached.
“Not for this quarter, but ask me again after the budget cycle in October.”
Future timing · nurture with a dated follow-up
Answered from an approved playbook and re-queued. Sales is not interrupted.
“We handle all of this in-house and have no plans to change that.”
Disqualified · reason recorded against the account
Closed out and excluded. It never reaches your team's calendar.
Illustrative examples. Only conversations that clear the agreed criteria reach your sales team — the rest are answered, re-queued, or closed by us.
The handoff
Every qualified conversation reaches a named owner — not an unattended inbox.
This is the record your team receives when a conversation clears qualification: who it is, why they replied, and what happens next.
- Account

Illustrative sample using fictional details — not client data. Records are delivered to your CRM, client portal, or a shared base, whichever your team already works in.
Fit criteria
Who this works for.
This is a considered B2B program, not a meeting-volume service. It works when the economics and the follow-up capacity are both there.
This is a fit if
- A high-value or recurring B2B offer
- A clear picture of the companies you want to sell to
- A proven service or product with existing customers
- Someone available to handle qualified conversations quickly
- Enough target accounts in the market to sustain a program
This is not a fit if
- A low-ticket or commodity offer
- No clear buyer, offer, or positioning yet
- Nobody accountable for sales follow-up
- Looking to buy a raw list
- Looking for a guaranteed number of meetings
Process
How a program gets to the first conversation.
- 01
Strategy and ICP
We work through your offer, economics, and best-fit accounts, and agree what a qualified conversation means for your team.
- 02
Build
Account set, verified contacts, sending infrastructure, and messaging are stood up and warmed before anything sends.
- 03
Launch and manage
Campaigns go live and are managed weekly — segmentation, messaging, and volume adjusted against real reply behaviour.
- 04
Qualify and hand off
Replies are read and classified, qualified conversations are routed to a named owner, and you get a weekly read on the market.
Run your own numbers
How many qualified conversations would your revenue target actually require?
Work backward from the number you need. Enter your own economics — nothing below is drawn from our client results.
Your revenue target
Start with your own numbers. Placeholders are format hints only, and the example scenario is an illustration — not a LeadsLogik price or performance claim.

How the scenarios are built
This tool works backward from the revenue target you enter to the conversation volume that target would require. Conservative applies 80% of your close rate and 90% of your show rate, so it requires more conversations. Expected uses your numbers exactly. Strong execution applies 120% of your close rate and 105% of your show rate, capped at 100%.
Nothing here is drawn from LeadsLogik client data and nothing here forecasts LeadsLogik performance. It is arithmetic on the assumptions you entered — not a projection, a promise of meetings or revenue, or a quote. Actual outcomes depend on your market, offer, targeting, deliverability, campaign execution, and follow-up speed.
FAQ
Straight answers before you book.
Do you guarantee a full calendar?
No. LeadsLogik does not guarantee a meeting count. The program is designed to create and qualify sales conversations, with quality and fit prioritised over raw volume.
What makes a conversation qualified?
It matches the criteria we agree with you up front — company fit, role, a stated reason for the conversation, and a workable next step. If a reply is positive but does not meet those criteria, it is not sent over as qualified.
Do you book the meetings or hand over replies?
Both models are supported. Most clients want qualified conversations routed to a named owner with notes attached; some prefer we book directly into a shared calendar. We agree which before launch.
How quickly do conversations begin?
Infrastructure and domains need warming before volume ramps, so the first weeks are build and early sending. Reply flow typically develops after that, and the pace depends on your market and offer.
Do you use our primary email domain?
No. Sending runs on separate domains configured for the program so your primary domain reputation is never exposed to cold volume.
Who owns the infrastructure and campaign records?
It depends on the engagement. In a managed program, LeadsLogik operates dedicated infrastructure and a private workspace for your account, and you keep the campaign records, conversations, and opportunities it produces. In a client-owned system build, the domains, sending accounts, and platform sit in your accounts from day one.
What happens if a reply is interested but not ready now?
It is classified as a timing reply, logged with the context, and re-approached later rather than pushed to your team as a live opportunity.
How is this different from appointment setting?
Appointment setting is usually paid per meeting, which rewards volume regardless of fit. This is a managed program judged on qualified conversations with companies that can actually buy — targeting, messaging, and qualification are part of the work, not an afterthought.
More meetings are not the goal. More sales conversations worth taking are.
